Echinacea may be taken to relieve symptoms of upper respiratory infections like sore throats. It also helps shorten their duration and relieve symptoms of respiratory infections.

Adults and adolescents = 15 years old: Take 2 capsules three times daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take at the first sign of infection.

Duration of use: Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
